1. Book online – Secure your appointment through our online booking system. Weekends go quickly. Get in a few weeks early.

2. Tell us about your wedding – As part of the booking, we’ll ask for a few bits of information: your wedding date, the venue, any designers or styles you’re drawn to, and your dress size. Armed with that, your Style Specialist sets everything up before you even walk in.

3. Visit the boutique – You step through the door, your Style Specialist greets you and your party, and just like that, the trying-on is underway.

4. Try on as many as you like – There’s no limit on the amount of gowns you step into, so go ahead and explore. Your Style Specialist will pull dresses according to your brief and adjust as they notice your responses to different cuts, fabrics, and details.

5. Say yes (or take your time) – Some brides know the second they look at themselves. Fantastic. Others want a little more time. Also brilliant. There’s no obligation and positively no pressure at all.

We recommend starting your dress search around 12 months before your wedding day, though we can work with shorter timescales based on the designer and style you select. Some of our gowns are ready for same-day purchase, and our Essential collection is built for brides with shorter lead times.

Yes, of course! You’re welcome to bring your guests with you. We love for this to be a shared experience with the people who are closest to you.

How long does a bridal appointment take?

You’ll have more than enough time to try on a number of dresses, discuss options with your Style Specialist, and enjoy the experience without feeling under pressure. If you would like more time, we can schedule a follow-up visit.

Do you sell bridesmaid dresses too?
