Yes! We want to be able to have the time and space to accommodate you and your guests, answering all your questions and helping you find your dream dress. We book up approx. 2-3 weeks in advance and you can book your appointment online for convenience.

Finding your dream dress is a once in a lifetime moment! We want you to bring the people along, whose opinion you trust and need before committing to your dress. We always say it’s kind of like when your partner proposed, you were excited, overwhelmed and emotional and it’s a very hard moment to recreate so make sure your most important people are with you for your celebration!

Our space isn’t really ideal for toddlers or young children who love to run around and need your attention. It’s unrealistic to expect them to entertain themselves for two hours, especially when everyone’s focused on enjoying a special moment. We kindly ask that unless your child can sit quietly and stay entertained for the duration (usually 6years+), or they’re a small baby sleeping in a car seat or pram, please consider leaving them at home for a more relaxed experience for you and our other guests. Any children will also be counted in your guest numbers.

A nude or ivory strapless bra can be helpful, but feel free to go without if that makes you more comfortable! For shaping undergarments, choose what feels best for you. We have a selection of 3.5-inch heels for you to try on with your dress as well.

Our sample dresses range from UK sizes 10 to 36, and you can order your dress in the size that suits you best once you’ve found the one. Normally when shopping for bridal gowns you will try on gowns 1-2 sizes bigger than you would normally buy on the high street. We’re one of the largest stockists of mid-size and plus-size gowns, so you’ll have plenty of beautiful options to try!

If you order with us, we require a 60% deposit at the point of ordering and then the remaining balance is not due until your dress is ready to ship to the store. If you choose any items from stock that you are taking home, this must be paid in full at the time of purchase.

The Bijoux Key is more than a memento, it’s a keepsake marking the unforgettable moment you say “yes” to your dress! When you find your perfect gown, you’ll hang your own Bijoux Key on our key wall, celebrating this new step in your bridal journey. When it’s time to collect your dress, you’ll take your key home with you as you unlock the next chapter in your life.
