1. Book online – Reserve your appointment through our online booking system. Weekends go fast. Get in a few weeks early.

2. Tell us about your wedding – As soon as you book, we’ll request a few details: your wedding date, the venue, any designers or styles you’re thinking about, and your dress size. This helps your Style Specialist everything they need before you get here.

3. Visit the boutique – Come along and your Style Specialist will greet you and your guests, and then it’s into the trying-on.

4. Try on as many as you like – There’s no maximum on the gowns you slip into. Your Style Specialist pulls dresses from your brief, gauges your face, and tweaks with every silhouette, material, and detail you experience.

5. Say yes (or take your time) – Ready to say yes to the dress? Fantastic. Want to sleep on it? That’s perfectly fine too. There’s no obligation and absolutely no pressure either way.

We advise starting your dress search around 12 months before your wedding day, although we can accommodate shorter timescales depending on the designer and style you select. It’s worth knowing that some of our gowns are ready for same-day purchase, and our Essential collection is created for brides with shorter lead times.

Can I bring guests to my bridal appointment?

Of course! Bring your favourite people and come together. We love for this to be a memorable experience with the people who are closest to you.

How long does a bridal appointment take?

You’ll have plenty of time to try on several dresses, go over options with your Style Specialist, and savour the experience without being hurried. If you would like more time, we’re happy to schedule a follow-up visit.
