1. Book online – Head to our web booking system and reserve your time. Weekends fill up fast, so it’s smart getting in a few weeks in advance.

2. Tell us about your wedding – During the booking, we’ll ask for a few things: your wedding date, the venue, any designers or styles you’re eyeing up, and your dress size. Armed with that, your Style Specialist sets everything up before you even walk in.

3. Visit the boutique – Your Style Specialist welcomes you and your guests. Then the trying-on kicks off.

4. Try on as many as you like – No limit on gowns. Your Style Specialist chooses gowns from your brief and refines as they see your reactions to different cuts, materials, and finishes.

5. Say yes (or take your time) – Some brides know the second they see themselves. Fantastic. Others prefer a little more time. Just as good. There’s no obligation and positively no pressure whatsoever.

We’d say kicking off your dress search about 12 months before your wedding day, but we can easily handle shorter timescales depending on the designer and style you choose. Some gowns are ready for same-day purchase, and our Essential collection is made specifically for brides with shorter lead times.

Can I bring guests to my bridal appointment?

Yes. Bring your guests with you. We love for this to be a memorable experience with the people who matter most to you.

How long does a bridal appointment take?

You’ll have loads of time to try on as many dresses as you like, go through options with your Style Specialist, and really enjoy the experience without any sense of being hurried.
