How to Book Your Dream Dress Appointment
1. Book online – Start by reserving your appointment through our web booking system. Weekend appointments fill up quickly, so aim to book a few weeks beforehand.
2. Tell us about your wedding – As part of the booking, we’ll want to know a few details: your wedding date, the venue, any designers or styles you’re interested in, and your dress size. That way, your Style Specialist can prepare before you arrive.
3. Visit the boutique – On the day, your Style Specialist will welcome you and your party, and then the trying-on starts.
4. Try on as many as you like – Love trying on dresses? Do it! There’s no cap on gowns. Your Style Specialist will grab gowns based on your brief and switch things up as they notice your feelings to different shapes, materials, and design elements.
5. Say yes (or take your time) – Some brides know the instant they see themselves. Wonderful. Others want a little more time. Just as good. There’s no obligation and categorically no pressure whatsoever.

Twelve months before the wedding day is the ideal time to begin your dress search, but shorter timescales are something we can accommodate, based on the designer and style you pick. Some of our gowns are available for same-day purchase, and our Essential collection exists for exactly that reason: brides with shorter lead times.
Can I bring guests to my bridal appointment?
Of course! Round up your favourite people and bring them along. We really want this to be a special experience with the people who are closest to you.
How long does a bridal appointment take?
You’ll have plenty of time to try on several dresses, talk through options with your Style Specialist, and enjoy the experience without being under pressure. If you would like more time, we’re glad to set up a follow-up visit.
Do you sell bridesmaid dresses too?
Yes! We hold a selection of designer gowns for bridesmaids sitting alongside our bridal collections, so you can plan your whole bridal party in one visit and check out how everything works together in person.
